キッチンなど共有部の使用後の後片付けは速やかに行っていただく、共用部に私物を放置しない、などのルールがあります。基本的には気をつかいすぎることなく、皆様が快適に共用部をご利用いただければと思います。

There are rules such as cleaning up after using common areas such as kitchens promptly, and not leaving personal belongings in common areas. Basically, we hope that everyone can use the common area comfortably.

通勤や通学には適していますか？

立命館大学は徒歩7分、佛教大学は自転車で７分です。ハウスから500ｍほどにバス停が2カ所あり、京都駅、三条京阪、四条河原町、四条大宮、四条烏丸などにもバス1本でアクセスできます。市内中心部や京都駅周辺への通勤やお出かけにご利用いただけます。

Ritsumeikan University is a 7-minute walk away, and Bukkyo University is a 7-minute bicycle ride away. There are two bus stops about 500 metres from the house, and you can also reach Kyoto Station, Sanjo Keihan, Shijo Kawaramachi, Shijo Omiya, Shijo Karasuma by one bus. It can be used for commuting or going out to the city center or around Kyoto Station.

衣類乾燥機のみコインタイマー式（60分／100円）ですので、ご利用の際には料金が発生いたします。その他の家電、設備の利用料金は発生いたしません（家賃・共益費に含まれています）

Only the clothes dryer is coin-timer operated (60 minutes/100 yen), so there is a fee for using it. There is no charge for the use of other appliances and facilities (included in the rent and common service fee).

Please contact us regarding any problems that go against the rules or problems related to facilities, as our manager will take care of them. We will make every effort to resolve tenants' concerns as quickly as possible.

休日のお出かけ先として、おすすめの場所はありますか？

Are there any places you would recommend for a holiday destination?

金閣寺の敷地のすぐそばに位置するので、お散歩がてら金閣寺や龍安寺、平野神社、北野天満宮など、世界遺産や京都の名所を気軽に巡れます。また電車や自転車で嵐山まで足を延ばし、着物をレンタルして京都の風情を楽しむこともできます。

Since it is located right next to the grounds of Kinkakuji Temple, you can easily take a walk around World Heritage Sites and famous places in Kyoto, such as Kinkakuji Temple, Ryoanji Temple, Hirano Shrine, and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. You can also take a train or bicycle to Arashiyama and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto by renting a kimono.

1967年築の木造＆鉄骨2階建です。2022年にリノベーションしており、内装の壁や床、天井を修繕し、外装では壁や屋根を大規模修繕することで、建物自体の構造補強に力を入れております。内装はオシャレで可愛い壁紙やインテリアを使い、気分の上がる空間になっています。

Built in 1967, this two-story wooden & steel-frame building was renovated in 2022, with interior walls, floors, and ceilings repaired, and major exterior repairs to walls and roof, focusing on structural reinforcement of the building itself. The interior is fashionable and cute wallpapers and interior decorations are used to create a space that makes you feel good.

アットホームでありながら各自ご自由に、というスタイルなので、人との交流を大切にしたい方はもちろんですが、共同生活に不安のある方、プライベートを尊重したい方にも、無理なく自分スタイルで生活をしていただける空間になっています。現在は10代後半～30代の学生・社会人で、皆さん素敵な方たちです。

The house is homelike, but each resident is free to do as he or she pleases. This makes it a space where those who value interaction with others, but also those who are anxious about communal living or who want to respect their privacy, can live in their own style without any difficulty. Currently, they are students and working adults in their late teens to 30s, and they are all wonderful people.
